International Orders & Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
  Yes, we ship Worldwide!
Shipping services offered through UPS. Insurance and size restrictions may apply to some packages. You are responsible for any customs and brokerage fees which may apply.  You will be emailed to determine the declared value of your package.  We can only declare shipments as purchased goods and not a gift or replacement part.
If you do not see your country listed when setting up your account, contact us at store@58cycle.com to add your country to the drop down list.
What payment methods are accepted?
  1. MoneyGram - Your payment will be sent instantly for pickup. Normally MoneyGram payments are picked up within 1-2 days after they are sent. Visit www.moneygram.com to find a MoneyGram location in your area. Send payment addressed to Jayson Moss, United States, with a message attached including your order #, correct shipping information and phone # (including country code).  Contact Us with your payment reference # so that we are aware your payment is waiting to be picked up.  You will receive an email confirming receipt of your payment after it is picked up!

2. Money Order or Cashier's Check - Please make it out to 58cycle. Please include a copy of your order invoice with payment including correct shipping information and phone # (including country code). Payment form must be issued in US Dollars ($). Payment mailing address - 58cycle, 9200 Martinsville Hwy, Danville, VA 24541, United States Please send your payment with tracking and/or delivery confirmation if possible so that you are assured that it makes it to us. Please do not send cash, but if you do, place it within the folded order printout to be sure that it can not be seen through the envelope.  See also, When will my order ship?.

3. Bank Wire Transfer - Please Contact Us for further information.  Please send payment and cover any service fees for sending your transfer.  58cycle does not charge a fee for receiving Bank Wire Transfers.

You are welcome to log on to your account using the "My Account" link at the top right of the page to review your order and/or change payment method if needed. Please do not create a duplicate order to change your payment method.
How do I determine shipping charges for my order?
  To obtain a shipping quote for your order you will need to go to the shopping cart page, select your country from the drop down box, and fill in the state and zip code.  A real-time UPS shipping quote is calculated as you add additional items to your shopping cart.    UPS is the international preferred methods because of available tracking and higher amounts of insurance for your shipment!
How should I place my order?
  You can place an order through our website.  Please select Money Order, MoneyGram, or Bank Wire as your payment option during checkout.  Please provide any further information concerning your exact payment method within the "Order Comments" section on the order screen.
You may also call us to place your order during our normal business hours as indicated on the "Contact Us" page.

How will I know when my payment is received?
  When your payment is received, you will be sent an email that your order is updated and now being processed, which means that we have received your payment and are in the process of shipping the order.
When will my order ship?
  You are welcome to log on to your account using the "My Account"  link at the top right of the page and review your order to find shipping and order status information.

We ship most orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment although some shipments may take much longer depending on product availability and shipment method selected.  If we are given information that it will take an extended period of time to fill the order, we will make our best effort to contact you to explain the timeframe required to do so.  A tracking number for your shipment will be emailed to you once your package has shipped.  

In some cases, we will allow time for your Money Order or Cashier's Check to clear if the payment form does not look authentic.  In such cases, the shipment will be released 7-10 business days after the payment is deposited to allow payment clearance.
What is the return policy?

  • Any purchase that is made where the buyer is not happy with the fitment, color, or quality, please contact us via email at store@58cycle.com. Include item number(s), part number(s), an explanation of the problem, and pictures. In some instances we may require that photographs are taken to provide reasonable proof of defectiveness or to understand the problem. Any product may be returned at the cost of the buyer for our inspection.

  • If an incorrect or defective item is received, the correct/replacement item will be sent out once the item is returned to us*. We cannot send the correct/replacement item out until the returned item is received.

  • In some cases, if within the Continental (48) US, a UPS return shipping label will be sent via email. It must be printed by you and placed on the return item. It will then need to be taken to a UPS drop-off location. Otherwise, reasonable return shipping charges will be refunded.

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA #) MUST be issued for any return to be accepted. Clearly write the RA # issued on the outside of the box and include a copy of the emails concerning such return, as well as return shipping information.

  • Proper shipping insurance must be obtained on all returns. If issued a UPS return label, proper insurance is included.

  • Any item(s) can be returned for store credit of the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee. The item(s) must arrive in "new" condition and in the original packaging to be accepted. A minimum $5 restocking fee will be applied to any item returned. NO credit card or cash refunds are given. All returns for store credit must also have a Return Authorization Number. A Return Authorization Number must be issued within 7 days of reciept of the item(s). No returns are accepted after 30 days.

    *Replacement parts are subject to availability and approval of defectiveness of the returned item. In some (rare) cases, instructions will be given to return the product(s) to or contact the manufacturer directly. This occurs when we are unable to effectively assess the issue(s) given our knowledge of that product or where the customer would be better served by the manufacturer.


  •
