Ducati SBK STM Slipper Clutch Kit - 45 Degree Ramps

Used by the Pros, this system prevents downshift overrevs, downshift-braking rear wheel chatter to enable smoother cornering transitions while preserving the engine and reducing tire wear!

To be used with STM friction and steel plates. The STM SBK Superbike Slipper Clutch Kit is the most advanced STM slipper clutch offered. Used by most of the Ducati World Superbike Teams for its ability to handle 200+ rear wheel horsepower and have unbelievably light clutch pull thanks to the 125mm diaphragm primary spring.

Each system is matched for the type of bike and contains a serial # for identification. Heavy duty diaphragm springs are also marked for precise adjustment if one cares to experiment with various settings by purchasing additional springs. This system is equipped with a 2 piece hub separated by a 45 degree ramp angle which floats on steel ball bearings when "slipping". This system does not increase clutch wear to an appreciable extent if installed correctly nor will the system allow for slippage during acceleration. The larger the ramp angle the greater the engine braking.
