Description   2006-2009 Kawasaki Ninja 650R Slip-On V.A.L.E.™ Exhaust Systems: This system replaces the heavy OEM muffler with our V.A.L.E.™ exhaust system, significantly reducing weight while improving hp & torque in the critical lower and upper ranges of the powerband. The M-2 V.A.L.E.™ eliminates the need for springs resulting a more secure mounting. Comes with a factory pre-installed P1 PowerTip™ noise suppressor. Stock Muffler         12lbs  7oz TBR Muffler           3lbs 5oz Total weight savings: 9lbs 2oz Fuel remapping not required (although recommended for increased HP)! Includes everything to install: Stainless Steel Connecting Tube Canister Mounting Hardware Muffler Clamp Reduces overall Weight and Increases Horsepower.   Available M2 Canister Sleeves: Aluminum Titanium Carbon Fiber V.A.L.E. = Variable Axis Locking Exhaust The V.A.L.E.™ system is our revolutionary and patented method of attaching our muffler canisters to the exhaust tube without the use of springs or welding. Our V.A.L.E. systems allows the muffler assembly - exhaust tube and canister - to be positioned perfectly on the bike before all the mounting hardware is fully tightened. Once the canister and exhaust tubes are properly aligned, the V.A.L.E. assembly locks the muffler canister to the exhaust tube assuring a perfect, leak-free fit.
