Description   Kawasaki 2005-06 ZX6R/RR-636R Dual V.A.L.E Slip-On Exhaust Systems: The dual V.A.L.E. high performance slip-on system is a perfect match for Kawasaki's ZX6R machine. Installing this TBR slip-on system will drop 8 lbs from the bike while adding better than 5hp and 2 ft/lbs of torque utilizing the stock fuel injection. Fuel remapping not required (although recommended for increased HP)! Includes everything to install: Stainless Steel Connecting Tubes Canisters with Gold Rings Mounting Hardware Muffler Clamps Reduces overall Weight and Increases Horsepower.   Available M2 Oval Canister Sleeves: Aluminum Titanium Carbon Fiber V.A.L.E. = Variable Axis Locking Exhaust The V.A.L.E.™ system is our revolutionary and patented method of attaching our muffler canisters to the exhaust tube without the use of springs or welding. Our V.A.L.E. systems allows the muffler assembly - exhaust tube and canister - to be positioned perfectly on the bike before all the mounting hardware is fully tightened. Once the canister and exhaust tubes are properly aligned, the V.A.L.E. assembly locks the muffler canister to the exhaust tube assuring a perfect, leak-free fit.
