Vortex Black Hard-Coated Sprockets are proven to last at least 30% longer than standard aluminum sprockets. The Hard-Coating is applied via a chemical treatment process that bonds the coating with the aluminum for the ultimate in durability. The Hard-Coating also has a higher resistance to corrosion than standard anodized sprockets.

Computer designed and machined from the highest quality 7075 aerospace aluminum. Saber tooth grooved for self-cleaning and electrically coated for a brighter finish. This sprocket will work with a 520 chain/sprocket setup.

Note: Depending on the wear of your factory chain, adding extra teeth may require extra links. Usually, when the chain guides are at or beyond halfway, there will be enough length to accommodate a sprocket with two extra teeth!
