| When will my credit appear on my account? |

If your purchase is refunded, it will take approximately 2-10 business days but could take as long as 30 days for the credit to post to your account. Please contact your credit card company for more information regarding processing time of your credit. |
| When will my credit card be charged? |

Your card is charged when you place your order to insure the fast processing. If your billing/shipping address does not match exactly what your credit card company has on file your order may be delayed. Please insure that your information matches before placing your order. |
| Do I have to pay sales tax? |

Virginia Sales Tax - A 5% sales tax is applied to the selling price of any item shipped within the state of VA (calculation is made prior to adding S&H fees) or purchased in-store. |
