How are expedited shipments processed?

I received the wrong product.
 
  • If you determined that the wrong part was ordered please see our return policy section below for instructions on how to return or exchange the part that you received.

  • If you did not received the part that you ordered, the correct item will be sent out once the item is returned to us. We cannot send the correct item out until the returned item is received unless a payment is received as a "deposit", which will be refunded once the return item is received.

  • In some cases, if within the Continental (48) US, a UPS return shipping label will be sent via email. It must be printed by you and placed on the return item. It will then need to be taken to a UPS drop-off location. Otherwise, reasonable return shipping charges will be refunded or free S&H on will be issued on your next order.

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA #) MUST be issued for any return to be accepted. Clearly write the RA # issued on the outside of the box and include a copy of the emails concerning such return, as well as return shipping information.

  • Proper shipping insurance must be obtained on all returns. If issued a UPS return label, proper insurance is included.

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be requested and your return must be received within 30 days from the delivery date of your order. Returns without a RA# or received beyond 30 days of delivery will be subject to refusal.

    Refund Method
  • Once the return is received and approved, it will take 3-5 days for your credit to appear back to your funding source.

    Responsibility of Return Shipping Costs
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your return is not accepted you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to you.

    What can be returned?
  • Any item can be returned except those that are electronic item(s), internal engine/transmission parts, or custom-made . Custom-made item(s) can not be canceled or returned.

    Custom-made item(s) include (but not limited to):
    -Galfer brake and clutch lines,
    -Carrozzeria Wheels,
    -Vortex CAT5/custom sprockets.


    Electronic item(s) include (but not limited to):
    -Tuning / Fuel / Ignition / ECU Control Modules,
    -Displays / Gauges,
    -Starters / Switches.

  • All items must be returned in new condition, in original packaging, with all factory tags intact. Items which have been used or installed on your bike will not be accepted.

    What is the return fee?
  • The return fee is 20% of the purchase price of each item, $15.00 minimum fee per item.

    Why is a return fee charged?
  • The return fee is charged to offset the costs incurred in the return process. In many cases, our suppliers charge us a return fee.

    How do I setup a Return?
  • To start a return please email us at returns@58cycle.com. Please let us know if you are not happy with the fitment, color, or quality of your order. Include order number(s), part number(s), an explanation of the problem, and pictures. In some instances we may require that photographs are taken to provide reasonable proof of defectiveness or to understand the problem. If you can not send pictures you may return the item at your shipping expense for inspection. A RA# will be issued for your return once it is setup.

  • What if I received the Wrong Part or Part Number?
  • If you did not receive the part that you ordered, the correct item will be sent out once we get the wrong part back. Please contact us to setup a return. We cannot send the correct item out until the returned item is received. For quicker processing you can replace the order and we will refund you once the return item is received.

  • What if I ordered the Wrong Part or Part Number?
  • If you received the correct part number that you ordered, but it is not what you need. Please contact us to setup a return. You will be responsible for return freight even if you place notes in your order regarding what you want the part to fit or special requests. We only guarantee that a part fits a certain model if that model is listed in the title or description of the product on our website.

  • What if I received a Defective Part?
  • If a defective item is received, the replacement item will be sent out once the item is returned (unless otherwise instructed). Please contact us to setup a return. We cannot send the correct item out until the returned item is received. For quicker processing you can replace the order and we will refund you once the return item is received.

  • Replacement parts are subject to availability and approval of defectiveness of the returned item. In some (rare) cases, instructions will be given to return the product(s) to or contact the manufacturer directly. This occurs when we are unable to effectively assess the issue(s) given our knowledge of that product or where the customer would be better served by the manufacturer. In most cases, we will have the manufacturer call you to setup a warranty case.

  • What should I include with the Return?
  • Clearly write the RA # issued on the outside of the box and include any copy of the emails concerning the return.

    How should I pack and insure my return?
  • Please securely pack your return item(s) in a corrugated shipping box. Do not use the manufacturer's box as the shipping box. Proper shipping insurance must be obtained on all returns. If a returned package is lost or damaged in shipment, it is the responsibility of the shipper to file a claim to be reimbursed for the loss. If issued a return label by 58cycle, proper insurance is included.

  • What should I do if I received a damaged item or items are missing?
  • If you do not receive your package from the shipping company or if your item(s) is damaged in shipment, please contact us so we can contact the shipping company on your behalf. We will submit the necessary shipping claim paperwork and reship your parts as soon as possible.

    What if I refused my package or never was able to sign for it?
  • For any orders that are refused or returned where the shipping charges are not pre-paid, the return shipping charges will be deducted from the amount of refund to be issued. The amount of return shipping charges deducted from your refund will be equivalent to the amount paid by you for your initial shipment or the current amount calculated on our site for the service used to ship the order.

  • Return Policy Limitation of Liability
  • As described within the Limitation of Liability Section of Terms and Conditions of this website; all parts sold and offered for sale ARE NOT guaranteed to be Department of Transportation (DOT) or State approved. 58cycle is not responsible for the use or misuse of products purchased from this webstore and recommends that all parts are installed by a professional technician and used with your best judgment. Any item returned because it is found to not be DOT or State approved is also subject to the above listed return policy.

    Cancellation Policy

  • To cancel an order that has yet to be released to for processing, contact us at (434) 685-5858 during normal business hours. Verbal confirmation with a 58cycle Customer Service Representative is required to cancel an order. Since this is a time sensitive matter, please do not email your cancellation request as we can not guarantee that your order will be canceled when requested by email.

    All orders placed are considered Special Order. Any item(s) able to be canceled from an order will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee ($7.5 minimum)*. A refund will be issued in the amount of the purchase price minus the cancellation fee.
    *-Items on orders that have been released for order processing can not be canceled (including items that are being cross-shipped to us for final shipment). Custom made products (including all Galfer brake and clutch lines) can not be canceled after you place your order or returned once your order has shipped.

  • Product pricing is subject to change without notice. This policy is passed along from our suppliers. We will always try to honor the pricing when your order is placed, we will contact you to let you know the new pricing. 58cycle reserves the right to cancel any order where the customer refuses to agree to the new product pricing.
  • Shipping Policy

  • Where can I have my order shipped?
    - If using a Credit Card, we ONLY ship to the billing address of your credit card.
    - If using PayPal Express, we will ship to the address you select in PayPal as your shipping address.

  • Orders are normally* shipped according to the method selected in checkout. We currently offer various shipping services through USPS, FedEx, and UPS depending on your location. Shipments are normally made within 1-2 business days of receiving payment although some shipments may take much longer. You are welcome to log on to your account using the "My Account" link at the top right of the page and review your order to view shipping information.

    We reserve the right to ship by an alternate method when feasible and if a similar level of service can be provided.

    *Even when an expedited (upgraded) shipping service is selected; it does not guarantee that the order will be shipped on or received by you on a certain date**. We will make every attempt to get your order to you as fast as possible using the shipping amount you paid. In some cases, you will receive the order faster if it is broken up into smaller shipments sent from multiple warehouses, rather than being shipped to our location and then to you.

    **If you specify in the "Order Comments" section (when placing your order) that you need your order by a certain date, we will contact you if we foresee that your order will not arrive by that date. Please be aware that if we can not reach you, this will delay your order.
  • When selecting a UPS shipping service within the United States, please note that 58cycle does not offer a UPS service that delivers on Saturday.

  • Please be advised that we do not guarantee the delivery date of any order. If you are not happy with the delivery time of your shipment, please contact us. We may be able to offer a partial refund or store credit for shipping charges paid by you, if the order was delayed beyond normal expectations. If any shipment is refused or returned because it was not delivered by a certain date, it will be processed according to our return and cancellation policies above.
  • Free Shipping Orders are shipped by the lowest cost service, which may be USPS, FedEx, or UPS. By selecting Free Shipping, you must be able to accept mail from USPS and packages from USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
  • For orders shipping to California (CA) - 58cycle may contact you prior to shipment to collect an Affiliate Fee (not a tax) assessed to your order because of the CA state laws regarding tax collection of in-state shipments and/or products potentially applicable to CARB laws. If this applies to your order, we will contact you prior to shipment to collect such fee. If you are unwilling to pay the fee, you may either cancel your order, or you may choose to continue with your order (if given that option by 58cycle) and accept any delay in shipment involved. 58cycle reserves the right to maintain the use of "Free Shipping" as a shipping method although there may be a fee applied to some orders shipping to CA.
  • Which shipping service is used for "Free Shipping"?
