Do you ship to my country?
  Yes, we ship Worldwide!
Shipping services offered through UPS & USPS. Service, insurance, and size restrictions may apply to some packages. You are responsible for any customs and brokerage fees which may apply.  We will declare the customs value of your package as low as possible.  We can only declare shipments as purchased goods and not a gift or replacement part.

What payment methods are accepted?
  1. PayPal - Accepted for shipments Worldwide for PayPal Verified Members. *Delivery Signature may be required for shipments over $250.*

2. Credit Card (Canada & UK) - Accepted for shipments to the credit card billing address ONLY! If the billing address provided does not match with the information the credit card company has on file, your payment will be refunded. The name on the credit card MUST match the recipient of the package. Visa & Mastercard accepted. Gift Cards are not accepted.

3. MoneyGram - Your payment will be sent instantly for pickup. Normally MoneyGram payments are picked up within 1-2 days after they are sent. Visit www.moneygram.com to find a MoneyGram location in your area. Contact us with your order # for more information required to send payment and to confirm order. When sending payment, send with message attached including your order #, correct shipping information and phone # (including country code). Contact us with your payment reference # so that we are aware your payment is waiting to be picked up. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your payment after it is picked up!

4. Bank Wire Transfer - You will need to send payment for your order including any service fees charged by your bank for sending your transfer plus $25 for our bank to receive the wire (or $50 if funds are drawn from a bank outside the US). 58cycle does not charge a fee for receiving Bank Wire Transfers. Please Contact us for wire further information.

You are welcome to log on to your account using the "My Account" link at the top right of the page to review your order and/or change payment method if needed. Please do not create a duplicate order to change your payment method.

How do I determine shipping charges for my order?
  To obtain a shipping quote for your order you will need to go to the shopping cart page, select your country from the drop down box, and fill in the state and zip code.  A real-time UPS shipping quote is calculated as you add additional items to your shopping cart.    UPS is the international preferred methods because of available tracking and higher amounts of insurance for your shipment!
How should I place my order?
  You can place an order through our website.  Please select Money Order, MoneyGram, or Bank Wire as your payment option during checkout.  Please provide any further information concerning your exact payment method within the "Order Comments" section on the order screen.
You may also call us to place your order during our normal business hours as indicated on the "Contact Us" page.

How will I know when my payment is received?
  When your payment is received, you will be sent an email that your order is updated and now being processed, which means that we have received your payment and are in the process of shipping the order.
When will my order ship?
  You are welcome to log on to your account using the "My Account"  link at the top right of the page and review your order to find shipping and order status information.

We ship most orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment although some shipments may take much longer depending on product availability and shipment method selected.  If we are given information that it will take an extended period of time to fill the order, we will make our best effort to contact you to explain the timeframe required to do so.  A tracking number for your shipment will be emailed to you once your package has shipped.
What is your return and cancellation policy?

  • Any purchase that is made where the buyer is not happy with the fitment, color, or quality, please contact us via email at [email protected]. Include order number(s), part number(s), an explanation of the problem, and pictures. In some instances we may require that photographs are taken to provide reasonable proof of defectiveness or to understand the problem. Any product may be returned at the cost of the buyer for our inspection.

  • If you did not received the part that you ordered, the correct item will be sent out once the item is returned to us. We cannot send the correct item out until the returned item is received unless a payment is received as a "deposit", which will be issued as store credit once the return item is received.

  • If a defective item is received, the replacement item will be sent out once the item is returned to us. We cannot send the replacement item out until the returned item is received unless a payment is received as a "deposit", which will be issued as store credit once the return item is received.

  • In some cases, if within the Continental (48) US, a UPS return shipping label may be sent via email. It must be printed by you and placed on the return item. It will then need to be taken to a UPS drop-off location. Alternately, reasonable return shipping charges may be refunded or free S&H may be issued on your next order.

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA #) MUST be issued for any return to be accepted. Clearly write the RA # issued on the outside of the box and include a copy of the emails concerning such return, as well as return shipping information.

  • Proper shipping insurance must be obtained on all returns. If a returned package is lost or damaged in shipment, it is the responsibility of the shipper to file a claim to be reimbursed for the loss. If issued a UPS return label by 58cycle, proper insurance is included. Please repackage the items as securely as possible before shipping.

  • If you do not receive your package from the shipping company or if your item(s) is damaged in shipment, we will contact the shipping company on your behalf. We will process the necessary paperwork and reship your parts as soon as possible. [Any order or item(s) canceled will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Upon approval of the shipping claim, a store credit will be issued in the amount of the purchase price (of the item(s) canceled) minus a 20% restocking fee. A minimum $10 restocking fee will be applied to any item(s) canceled. NO credit card or cash refunds are given.]

  • Any item(s) can be returned for store credit of the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee, excluding custom made item(s). Custom made products (including all Galfer brake and clutch lines, Carrozzeria Wheels, and Vortex CAT5/custom sprockets) can not be canceled or returned. A minimum $10 restocking fee will be applied to any item returned. The item(s) must arrive in "new" condition and in the original packaging to be accepted. NO credit card or cash refunds are given. All returns for store credit must also have a Return Authorization Number. A Return Authorization Number must be issued within 7 days of receipt of the item(s). No returns are accepted after 30 days.

    For any orders that are refused or returned where the shipping charges are not pre-paid, the return shipping charges will be deferred back to the return shipper or deducted from the amount of store credit issued. The amount of return shipping charges deducted from your store credit will be equivalent to the amount paid by you for your initial shipment or the current amount calculated on our site for the service used to ship the order, whichever is greater.

  • All orders placed are considered Special Order. Any item(s) canceled from an order will be subject to a 20% restocking fee*. A store credit will be issued in the amount of the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee. A minimum $10 restocking fee will be applied to any item(s) canceled. NO credit card or cash refunds are given.
    *-Custom made products (including all Galfer brake and clutch lines, Carrozzeria Wheels, and Vortex CAT5/custom sprockets) can not be canceled after you place your order or returned once your order has shipped.

  • As described within the Warranty Disclaimer Section of Terms and Conditions of this website; all parts sold and offered for sale ARE NOT guaranteed to be Department of Transportation (DOT) approved. 58cycle is not responsible for the use or misuse of products purchased from this webstore and recommends that all parts are installed by a professional technician and used with your best judgment. Any item returned because it is found to not be DOT approved is also subject to the above listed return policy.

  • Product pricing is subject to change without notice. This policy is passed along from our suppliers. If we are unable to honor the pricing when your order is placed, we will contact you to let you know the new pricing. 58cycle reserves the right to cancel any order where the customer refuses to agree to the new product pricing.
